Senior Due Reference Letter

Dear 8th Grade Parents:

In order to provide our students with a meaningful senior year and memorable graduation ceremony, certain expenses must be covered. The following items represent the most significant of these:

•  Senior Yearbook (Full color yearbook)
•  Graduation Medals and Awards
•  Graduation Day Stage Decorations
•  Graduation Ceremony Programs
•  Cost of Graduation Cap, Gown and Tassel
•  Senior T-shirt

Cost of Dues:

The total amount of the Senior Dues for each member of the Class of the Year 2023-2024 has been set at $115.00. We understand that the Senior Dues represent a significant amount of money. This sum was arrived at after a careful examination of anticipated expenses.
THERE ARE NO IN-PERSON PAYMENT OF DUES!!!

Graduation Ceremony Details:

Note:

•  Senior dues does not cover the cost of the Senior Prom or Trip If your child has to go to Summer School, your child will not be allowed to participate in the graduation exercises. There will be a graduation held at the completion of Summer School. There are No Refunds.
•  Senior dues are to be paid in full prior to any payments toward our Senior trip.
•  All graduates are expected to wear the cap, gown, and tassel provided by Smooth. There are no itemized purchases allowed.
