At the George J. Ryan Middle School 216, a 2018 National Blue Ribbon School, we are committed to advancing and cultivating a culture of diversity while enriching the mind of each of our 21st century scholars, for high school and beyond.

We seek to prepare our scholars through equitable, differentiated curricula that are engaging, promote critical thinking, and aligned to quality instructional standards.

Together as a community, we are focused on instilling in our scholars a foundation for civic responsibility, and positive social-emotional well-being yielding resilience, self-worth, healthy relationships and academic success.
