Basic Supplies for the First Day of School

Teachers will give students specific class supply list and all other important information for the class on the
first day of school.

Marble Notebook
2-Pocket Folder
1 one-inch flexible binder with loose-leaf paper
Blue or black pen
Pencils

English Language Arts Supply List

Grade 6

2 hard covered marble notebooks (100 or more pages each)
3 two-pocket folders
2 highlighters
2 glue sticks (optional)
1 large box of tissues
1 one-inch soft covered binder
1 flash drive (1 gig)
Mini stapler and staples

Pencil sharpener with receptacle for shavings
Pocket dictionary/thesaurus
Red or green pen for editing
Blue or black pens
Post-it notes
Crayola markers (optional)
Pencils
Public library card
Colored pencils (optional)

Grade 7

Supplies needed in the classroom:

1 hard-covered marble notebook
1 plastic folder with 3 prongs
1 bendable 1” loose-leaf binder
1 packet (20) plastic page protectors

1 plastic folder with side pockets
1 box of tissues (girls)
Hand sanitizer (Personal Use)
1 roll of paper towels (boys)

Everyday supplies to keep in schoolbag:

Pens: blue, black, green
Pencils
Pencil sharpener
Post-its

Loose leaf paper
Highlighters
Glue stick

Supplies for projects:

Markers, crayons, colored pencils
Glue sticks
Access to the internet & printing

Flash drive
Public Library Card

Grade 8

Classroom Supplies:

2 two-pocket folders (preferably plastic)

1 one-inch flexible binder (hard binder is not accepted)

Daily Items for Bookbag:

1 marble notebook (designated only for this class)
Blue and/or black pens (2 min.)
Pencils (2 min.)
Post-its
White-Out pen or strips (no liquid bottle)

Personal mini stapler + staples
Pencil sharpener with cover (manual)
Package of sheet protectors
Loose leaf paper
Index Cards
Flash drive

Enrichment Activity Items:

Colored pens or markers
Public library card (or proof of personal access)
